I enjoy well-drawn faeries, and Knight has an excellent one here, arrogant and completely ignorant of human beings. Yet he's clearly not hateful, just alien to them. I'm glad I finally got to read it. The excerpt in Master of the Night was tantalizing.

Unbelievably awesome! AK knows her stuff. Erotic and funny, the plot doesn't need twists as suspenses and mysteries do. The characters colouful, the action terrifically written, and the erotic scenes will make you blush (if you're a blusher!). Master of Wolves is next, and I can't wait to read it. I hope AK writes a heck of a lot more of the Megaverse series. An awesome story-teller, AK's writing style is easy to read. If you haven't read this series, you don't know what you're missing!

A werewolf in heat and a fae king who needs a hard to kill bride make for a surprisingly sensual tale.

This one has a rather complicated mythology, with alternate worlds populated by elves, and werewolves created to help fight evil vampires created by evil elf enemies... I got a little lost in all the mythology, but the story was good. Heroine is a werewolf cop trying to solve murders by a serial killer vampire-ess. The good elf king comes to help her, and falls in lust, even though he can’t make a werewolf the elf queen. There’s adventure and fighting and hot love scenes and lots of weird stuff going on. A fun read.

I love this "Sometimes quriky", edgy series. Gives a new outlook on the King Arthur stories! Have some fun, and open your imagination!

Master of the Moon is a delicious read, it's got everything I want, past events whom have their effect on the future, dark evil versus good, a impossible love, fast paced action, magic and a good doses of hot plundering passion.
