Someone had to underline this important facet of Science: The lone scientist working late in isolation for the good of humanity. Call this
a vast overview of the scientific world, it's hope is to inject the subject
with a bit of dust. (fairy/pixie or magic)

Carl Sagan is a man who is deeply in love. With science. And beware! His love is infectious. This book (along with his other works) is a vector for carrying that infection.
