  Please note: one of the softcover editions of this book has absolutely no illustrations or photos. Please note further: the name "Pale Blue Dot" refers to the way Earth looked on a PHOTO taken from one of the Voyager spacecraft. Let me underscore: a book NAMED for a photo doesn't contain that photo or any others! If you're shopping for this book, make sure it's the edition with photos.

  Just because only 540 people have read this book means nothing. Maybe people do not haev s scientific tasts that I do. Or maybe people think this type of book is too stuffy for them. There could be 1000 other reasons. Equating the fact that because "only" 540 people have read this book means there is no God is similar to saying that the record snowfalls this year means that birds won't fly this year. !!???
