Just started DMC last night. Love it so far. Skipped ahead to Artie revealing to Ash that Kat is his daughter. Wow!! Hope to finish it tonight and am up for discussing it with anyone.
This wasn't my favorite book of the Dark-Hunter series but I do love Kat and this book answers tons of questions. Lots of action. I may read it again just because of the new direction things are going in this one.
I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK DEVIL MAY CRY, IT HAD ALOT MORE ASH IN IT AND IT ANSWERED ALOT OF QUESTIONS AND GAVE US SOME MORE BACKGROUND INTO HIS LIFE ALTHOUGH IT WAS BASED AROUND SIN. THERE SEEMED TO BE A LITTLE BIT MORE HUMOR IN IT AND THAT I LOVED BESIDES OF COURSE ALL THE KICK ASS SEQUENCES! LOL WE ALSO WERE INTRODUCED TO A NEW CREATURE IF YOU WANT TO CALL THEM THAT.. I DON'T WANT TO DELVE TO DEEP INTO WHAT I READ TILL OTHER'S HAVE TIME TO READ IT, I DON'T WANT TO SPOIL IT FOR THEM. SO FOR NOW I WILL JUST SAY "EXCELLENT AS USUAL" AND WAIT FOR THE NEXT INSTALLMENT!!
I was able to get an advance copy of this book and I thought it was good, but...it was not one of her best. I usually can't put one of the Dark-Hunter books down and this one was set down a few times. I do like that we finally got the history that I have wanted to know for a long time.
I want this book so badly, but it is HB and I never buy HB. Plus I have the rest of the series in PB and would like to continue to shelf the books together. I don't know if I can wait until April to read this book.
Just finished Dark side of the moon, I have Devil may cry but i am waiting on dream hunter...So what do you guys think could they be read out of order? I am usally a nut about reading in order..What do you think?
For me, I found it best to read the books in order, even the Dream Hunter and the books featuring the weres. Sherrilyn manages to add bits of information to each book that ties them all. But even still, I think you can manage when reading them out of order. BTW, I loved Devil May Cry. Did you read Acheron yet?
Loved this book! Second Fav to Acheron. Ash is so awesome I named my kitty after him!!! The Devil may cry brought so many emotions, I'd take up the hole space trying to discribe them, all in all this was a great book.
