“I was asked to read at least one PostSecret book by the minister at my church, in preparation for being the Worship Associate for a service in late March that will have to do with secrets. So, this is my first PostSecret book, and I found it to be intriguing, sad, funny, and insightful. Read in a different mood, I might have found the artwork distracting, but this time I didn't mind it.

Some of my favorite secrets in this book:
*I anonymously mail e.e. cummings poems to people.
*When I was a kid I thought I was someone special. Now I'm not so sure.
*I don't remember when jumping on the bed stopped being fun, but I dream of returning to such carefree days...
*I recorded my cat meowing on a minicassette and hid it in the school library on "play."”

“At first you just want to jump right in, because 'hey!' who doesn't want to read and pry into secrets? But there is some intense secret revealing in here, some funny, some sad, and some haunting.
