This is a GREAT beginner book for people who want to live a more sustainable, green-focused life. I adored this read - it had good, stable information in it, and really easy, proactive ways to do your part to become more green. I highly encourage people to read this and apply it to their lives.

Since the world is becoming a more environmentally friendly place, I find this book to be very useful. It tells you different ways to keep your body healthy as well as different ways to keep the environment healthy. I learned many new ways to save energy so I would recommend it to just about anyone. I am all for helping the planet in any way that I can.

I worked for Greg Horn when he released this book. I think this is an awesome primer for people new to living green and trying to understand the importance without all fo the scientific fluff. There is scientific data here, but it doesn't overwhelm you. In addition, he states things rhetorically so that you can come to your own conclusion. Once the seed is planted in your head, you will then look at all facets of living green in a different light.

This book is an excellent primer on the road to "going green." Like so many people, I have found myself overwhelmed with a sense of urgency about the planet, but no clear direction concerning how to even begin doing my part. This book is a roadmap to get you going! Simple, practical and concrete. If you can master the things in this book for a year, then you are well on your way to doing great things for yourself, your family, the planet and generations to come.
