RAW never fails to deliver.
An excellent book to start one off on the path of self awareness and questioning how one comes to be who they are.
one of the best aspects is that he mixes his witty style with actual exercises that the reader can practice, something that is usually only found in drier, cheesier new age self help books.

Even after a degree in psychology and begining my recovery from fundamentalist Christianity, this book came at the right time and blew the "doors of my perception" wide-open. R.A.W. synthesizes a lot of disciplines and drops many a name. Using the authors and books meantioned in this book, one can start a solid metaphysical library. Have fun!
