I liked the book ,but it had its ups and downs. In this story a man by the name of Josiah Crowley has died resently ,and the will left behind has left Josiah's estate to the Topham family. Which meant that everything that Josiah had promised to other family members and frineds were disappionted because they didn't recieve what they were promised. Suposedly there was a later will, and it was no where to be found, so Nancy Drew was on the case of the missing will. Nancy met some of Josiah's family which meant a great deal of clues were bound to be uncovered. When Nancy met old Mrs. Rowen she found that she had some memorie loss, but became a great help in the case of a missing will. The old woman had remembered that Josiah liked to hide things that were valuable to him in ways. What came to the woman was that she remembered that he said something about the Crowley clock. After having a great adventure with theifs and the police she relized that the clock was the answer to the later Crowley will.

I am very happy with the quality of these postcards. The cardstock is thick and matte so you dont have to worry about your ink smearing. The illustrations on the front are richly colored. Some are spooky enough to send for Halloween IMHO.
Well Done!! Thrilling- I bought 2 sets immediately upon discovery!

I started off with two sets- one to use , one to save in a pristine state (heartbreaking to split up the collection otherwise) I am sending off five this morning and having a blast. You will be thrilled with this collection. BONUS not mentioned in the product review: the back side for the address has a silhouette of Nancy with either a candle( 30's) or a lamp (1940's ) or the sixties version - Nancy has a flip and a flashlight!!!Chronicle books has even printed a hazy yellow glow around Nancy to indicate illumination.
The illustrations ( book covers) also reflect the time period- For instance The Hidden Staircase shows Nancy wearing a striking 1930's cloche and dressy coat and below the knee dress. In my memory she was wearing jeans when she solved this mystery!!
30 different bookcover art plates with the backside as I have described. If you are a Nancy Drew fan this set is a MUST HAVE. I would like to see a second set with more from the archives. Is there a Nancy Drew museum somewhere ? Hmm, now that's something to investigate. Please get yourself this postcard set- you will not be sorry.
