Actually this is the introductory text for Knowledge Management. I started this book back in 2003, when i stated my MSc(KM). I still read the excerpts time & again, as i do still find them relevant in today context. KM might be still be a buzz word, the core principle are still being used abiet with different buzz words.... Davenport & Prusak are still at the forefront of Science of Management, and the core underlying principles of this book still run in the veins of their succeeding works

I like Thomas Davenport, his insights are interesting and his writing is not boring. This book deals with knowledge, and I found it useful in my research on intellectual capital. He has since written other, probably better, books.
