“A difficult book to read. It brings up some tough issues, but it was so well written I couldn't help but finish it. It did a wonderful job of illistrating the how children are affected by abuse.”

    but i have to say it was very well written. it brings harsh realities about some people's lives to the surface. allison was brave to write about such a sensitive subject. life isn't beautiful all the time..and novels like this bring the crappy parts of it to the forefront.”
