When I was 24, I loved the idea of Nin, living life on her terms. Now as a 34 year old I think what a bunch of crap! Nin is little more than a prostitute with decent grammar. She engages in incestuous activities willingly. I will put her on the scrap heap with all the other so called liberated female writers who are still utterly dependant on what men think of them. Nin is trashy and overrated.
