“I think this was my favorite Gor book, out of all 26. I rather liked the first five, each one slightly better than its predecessor. The book before this one, Nomads, was also very enjoyable. But the next book (I'm given to understand it marks the beginning of the ghost-written part of the series) is of marked decline in quality.”
