Interesting, very different from anything else I've read - except maybe "Room Temperature" by the same author. It is as if the author was given an assignment to describe everything within a certain space and time in exquisite detail. That sounds like it would be excruciatingly boring, and yet, it is fascinating!

If you like distracting asides and navel contemplation, this is the book for you. Otherwise, don't waste your time. Not funny. Just annoying, to the point of wanting to slit your wrists (which might make for a good anecdote as you describe the process over the course of ten pages with 50 footnotes).
