I really liked this book... This is the only that makes me feel like im a part of it... I hate it when Jennifer Parker's son. So depressing... But for me, i think, that's the best part of the story. *Clap Clap* Love the book... (hahaha, too ironic isn't it?)

its a superb story about a lawyer's love, life and career written very beautifully by sheldon.....jennifer is just about to start her career under the guidance of a famous lawyer when there is a sudden twist and her career is in danger...for more u have to read the buk. she tackles every case she is givenwith style and class.....and solves each n every problem tactfully...but in the end she is at loss and isnt able to decide what to do....a must read for all the sidney sheldon fans..

its just another Sidney Sheldon...racy and saucy...but i don't think any of his books are worth reading more than once...
not to say that this book was not good...but i found it just slightly above average!

What I remembered was that when I started to read the first page, I was so caught with the story that I no longer remembered how many hours had gone by. I started reading in the morning of that day and ended at dawn of the following day. You must read it for yourself. Find out about the story of an aspiring woman lawyer. Her ambitions, hardships, frustrations, sacrifices, victories, love, revenge and a lot more. Just read this and i tell you that time spent is really worth it! So, read!

yes, it is true.. the protagonist character is well-defined... and the cases she solves are simply interesting..
Sidney had done quite a good research in the details of the court proceeding...a well-written book.

A very nice work.. What I learned from this novel is that once you sacrifice doing good or doing the right thing just to save something important to you or something you really love, you still can't save it and even lose everything because the angels will be enraged with you.. hehe.. Just an opinion..hehe

For me, every part of this book is great and exciting, except, perhaps, for its ending. i totally don't prefer how all the things ended for Jennifer. I was very sad upon reading it. on the other thought, sidney sheldon just have to end the story. sadly, he preferred to make it like that.
