• Avalon High, I was starting to think, might not be so bad after all. Maybe it's not where Ellie wants to be, but if you have to start at a new school, Avalon High is typical enough: There's Lance, the jock. Jennifer, the cheerleader. And Will, senior class president, quarterback, and all-around good guy. But not everyone at Avalon High is who they appear to be . . . not even, as Ellie is about to discover, herself. As a bizarre drama begins to unfold, Ellie has to wonder, what part does she play in all this? Do the coincidences she's piecing together really mean—as in King Arthur's court—that tragedy is fast approaching for her new friends? Ellie doesn't know if she can do anything to stop the coming trouble. But somehow, she knows she has to try.

• Elanie Harrison starts at a new school in Washington, DC. But then she gets all up in this drama at her new school. One of her teachers Mr.Morton thinks Elanie is the descendent of Lady Elanie from King Arthur. So when she goes to school she finds out that the most popular guy in school A. William Wagner like her and his first name is Arthur. King Arthur also had a half-brother named Mordred. William also has a half-brother he didnt know about it till later though and his name was Marco. William also has a best friend Lance who is protated as Lancelot in the book. William's girlfriend is Jennifer Gold who is protated has Guinivere in the book. So all in all Arthur William Wagner choose Elanie Harrison and Lance Reynolds choose Jennifer Gold and Elanie ends up not being the decindent of Lady Elanie she is the decendent of the Lady of The Sea and Marco ends up going to Jail.
