A very enjoyable romp. Heather Wells, ex-teens-rockstar, with a dad in jail and mother absconded to Argentina with Heather's money and manager, now has to make a living as an assistant- dorm manager in New York College. She makes a very nice protagonist. A Ripping Yarn for girls (and grandma's...

This book left me frustrated. It has the potential to be good -- the characters are likable, the plot halfway decent, and the setting as vibrant as any of Cabot's books -- but lord, was this a tedious book to get through.

My actual rating of this book would be 3 1/2 stars. I enjoyed it enough to read the next book in the series. Heather, former teen pop star, is now the assitant director of a New York College residence hall where girls keep dying. Everyone but Heather seems to think the deaths are accidental, so she does some sleuthing on her own.

This is a great book to read, I would think that its a girly book. This book is about a girl who is in the changing room when the girl next dorr shouts " Do you have a smaller size than a zero".. Emm no Ms. The girl was like but what I'm a 12 & I can fit into an 8 wow I didn't even know what was going on.

This book was pretty good. It also was a different kind of story line that most books. Usually its always about this pretty super skinny girl and her drama. But this time its seems like its more about a normal girl who struggles with weigh, boys and all sorts of other drama that is going on in her life. It is very realistically written about a character that could be a lot of different girls in the world right now.
