“Guys, I'm sorry but you make it sound so easy. It's great that you have faith in God, that you trust him, that you are sure that everything that is being said in the bible is real and so on, that you are sure that you know how all of this is right, but it's not quite so easy for everyone. I've read the Bible. I've gone to church. I've listened to sermons. I thought about everything Jesus and saints said and what I agree with, what I don't really like...I've read the Bible and tried to believe in it, to believe in God, to have faith and trust. But you guys promise that reading it changes one's life, well it doesn't change mine. I enjoy discussing it sometimes, but I haven't found God, I haven't been convinced at all that we don't come from monkeys or other similar animals, I don't feel anything when I'm in church or when I try and pray. I don't feel like I sin as long as I do natural, human things, just because some people say different, I only feel that I sin when I do something that goes against my own morals and that I have been taught is wrong, but even then, my "sining" doesn't feel religious. I've searched and listened for God when I was down, but when I sometimes got help, it didn't feel like God to me. It felt like friends, or love, or whatever. So how can you be so sure? Have you just always been told that God loves you or what? Or did you feel a discovery? How can you say those things that I can only doubt? Do you think that God will one day show himself o me, even if I "sin"? Because God loves all people, right? And that's my other point. If he loves all people euqally, why do so great people die young, like a 16year-old friend of my family recently? Why does so much pain, hate and war happen? Why was this little 8year old girl in my city kidnapped, raped and killed a few days ago? Is that fair? No it's not. That's all I know. And now you might say that justice happens later, in heaven or whatever. How do you believe that? Not that I need proof, I just need to feel something. A sign, something like that. And I never got it, so please tell me. And not just a short: "Well I just know it" or "The Lord said so", because that would mean that I don't hear or listen or see or search in the right place or that I'm not patient enough, but that's not true. I'm ready to wait, but I want answers from those that think that they have discovered something, those that might have answers. Because otherwise I really see no point in being a christian anymore. I can do good things without have a cross around my neck, I could find something in another religion. So tell me please what you think you can transmit this way, per Internet.”
