Absolute classic that just has to be read.
Any "hippy" or whatever will love it, and "fall in love" with H. Haller.

I read this book about 10 years ago, and there I felt something horrible and borring.in the forword it is said that it is a autobiography of Hesse , after he got back from swiss. Then he called himself steppenwolf because he found himself so different and harmful to capitalism culture.
Here the main character( Hrry haller ) is a man who decides to suicide when he becomes 50. and the time is coming.
There are some malignant tokens of life and some good reasons to live.
Through reading the book you kind find some big worthy words, that are near to heart
