I like to cook like Jackson Pollack painted, and this book has been my palette for a few years now. Have some seemingly incompatible ingredients in the pantry and refrigerator? This book will inspire you to create an original dish with your odds-and-ends. Best used with a journal, so you can keep a record of what you're throwing together, just in case you do create a masterpiece.
