I found this subject facinating- the movie is pretty good too.

Great book. It took me a while because I'm not incredibly business or finance oriented, but I WANTED to understand what was happening. I loved it.

I don't normally read business, but this works well as a true crime, to say nothing of entertaining study of the many ways in which organizations can go wrong if their management is, well, NUTS.

Consider this is a 450+ page long book dedicated to detailing corporate insanity and an enormous accounting shell game, it is still incredibly readable. The length of the book also goes to show how utterly insane Enron was in every way possible.
