I am not a dog lover. I usually cross the street if someone is walking their dog. I give menacing looks to people who let their dog defecate in my yard. However, I am no Doris. I don’t know why I picked this book up, but I am glad I did. I laughed out loud. I felt the characters loneliness, their silliness, and their pain. I even loved their dogs. Well done!!!

Honestly, this one was pretty forgettable, though I didn't mind it so much while reading it. One might have to be a dog person to really appreciate it.
