But it's not something I want to read again - it's too depressing.

I listened to this read by Hugh Fraser. A very different Christie, set 2000 years ago.

Although there wasn't much "detecting" going on in this one, the story itself was intriguing and mysterious enough, and very well written. Renisenb wasn't as quick-witted as I would have liked her to be, but all the other characters were well developed.

i just loved this one,i read it years ago, this book just takes u back to the ancient egyptian age. this book is quite excellent in showing the genuine human thurst for power and identity in their own family. it reveals the existence of such thurst from ages. none will disagree that its a great book to read.
