  • Adam Hauptman: The Columbia Basin werewolf pack's alpha. Mercy's neighbor.
  • Honey: Female Werewolf, married to a submissive pack member.
  • Uncle Mike: A fae who owns a bar for the fae.
  • Wulfe: a vampire who works magic & can sense lies.
  • Elizaveta Arkadyevna Vyshnevetskaya: a very powerful and old witch.
  • Andre: an old vampire who's also Stephan's friend
  • Kyle Brooks: Warren's lover; he works as a very intelligent and successful divorce attorney. A good friend of Mercy's.
  • Tom Black: New customer of Mercy's and reporter.
  • Signora Marsilia: Leader of the Vampire seethe in the Tri-Cities.
  • Gabriel Sandoval: Mercy's employee. Oldest child and only boy of a single mother, who is a local police dispatcher.

  • Samuel Cornick, MD: A very old werewolf, Mercy's roommate, and a physician in the local hospital's emergency room. His father is the leader of all werewolves in the USA.
  • Mrs. Hanna: A ghost.
  • Warren: A gay werewolf in the Columbia Basin pack, third in the line of succession. He is Mercy's friend.
  • Ben: A werewolf Mercy isn't exactly sure she likes. Originally from the U.K. he is now a member of the Columbia Basin pack.
  • Tony Montenegro: Friend of Mercy's who is a undercover police officer.
  • Bran Cornick: The Marrok, top Alpha for all of North America. Sam's father.
  • Siebold (Zee) Adelbertsmiter: Mercy's former boss, a mechanic. A self-described "gremlin", a fae who works metal.
  • Stefan Uccello: A very old vampire in the local seethe. Mercy gets along with him. He owns a VW bus that is painted to resemble the one from Scooby Doo.
