Like many entrepreneurs, the author found out that if you don’t absolutely love the business that you create, eventually you’ll find yourself very unhappy. Therefore, despite having created a profitable store, the author decided it was time to go back to work fulltime and sell the business. Unfortunately, closing down business was far more difficult and time consuming than the author had ever imagined.
There are plenty of books on the market about how to create your entrepreneurial dream. Very few even mention how to protect yourself in case you want to sell or close out the company. Being as such a high percentage of businesses fail in the first six years, you’d think this would be of a higher priority. ”
