“This is a compact inspirational read. I keep it in my car sometimes for a quickie. Ultimately I prefer studied complexity of Thich Nhat Hanh or Pema Chodron, but this author speaks from the heart and writes from apparent experience with being a busy woman. The essay style chapters also make this accessible rather than an arduous journey for the crazy, overwhelmed, multitasking reader.”
