• A society of crime buffs discovers a mutilated body in their clubhouse kitchen and the town librarian suspects a fellow member because the crime closely resembled the club's "murder of the month."month". Small town librarian Aurora Teagarden is a member of the Real Murders Club. However, when a club member is killed at a meeting and other members are implicated in murders modeled after famous cases the suspicion turns to the members themselves.
