“Having read Debbie's books for 15 years, this story was way too predictable. I did enjoy the interactions between the characters and the way Simon and Cassie each grow in their own ways. While I usually do donate in Dec, I started putting money in the kettle EVERY time we went to the store. I really liked the hosting dinner challenge Simon gave Cassie. It changed her, and her neighbors for the better, making for a happier building.”
