This teaching is an absolute must-read for every believer in Jesus Christ. It revives the precious biblical evangel, the Good News which uses the Law (10 commandments) to show the lost that they are guilty before God & that they need a Savior. Written by a street preacher and evangelical evangelist, this book is full of interesting quotes. His premise is that Christian evangelism should begin with convicting people of their sinfulness by probing to see if they've kept the 10 commandments. Only by bringing people to genuine repentance can an evangelist have confidence that his work is not in vain.

Ray Comfort is extremely articulate and quick on his feet, as one might expect a street preacher to be. He is not much of a biblical scholar and sometimes takes scriptures out of context. He tends to "christianize" the 10 commandments themselves and therefore distorts their original meaning.

Nevertheless, this is a stimulating book that will make you think about the best way to go about talking to friends or strangers about your Christian faith. This is a book written with verve and passion.
