“Though the title is strikingly poetic (as well as, I must admit, some other moments and expressions in the book like the breaking of the glass), I didn't find the book very enchanting. The problem is that most of the time I just felt like I was present at a cermon by a vicar determined to convey his ideas at all cost. Well, if I want a cermon, I go to the church or spiritual meeting. But I was expecting a novel, a literary and not religious experience. ”
