I felt its a dry, boring one with a lot of religious spirituality (which I find boring). Also, I didn't quite understand the ending :(. The lead character's role seemed confused and lacking clarity.

Puts love in a very different perspective, but ends on "and they lived happily everafter" note and that comes as a real twist. Its not just about love that the author talks, the gems of his thoughts on other aspects of life are also thought provoking.

This book doesn't have the impact of The Alchemist or the suspense of Veronika Decides to Die, but it is still a good story about following your dream.

nice book ,but not what I quite expected . liked the idea of ''the other '' who is inside us trying with all its might to tie us tight to ordinary life and what is supposed to be the ''natural ''course of our life ( study ,work, geting married ,having children ,...) The book ,or better say the journey ,just asks WHY? Why live the life every body lives ?why being ordinary while you are actually created to be extraordinary and gifted? Why not leave everything we didn't choose but actually found ourselves lead to ,everything that is planned ,that we are obliged to do or supposed to do ? how much I wish to leave all behind :)
