This book can be used to enhance vocabulary and connect to real life situations.
1) If you are reading this book to infants and toddlers, I recommend you to talk about the pictures and actions with your child rather than reading all the writing. Name the vehicle shown in the page and talk to your child about child about it.
2) For three years old and up, read the story and ask them question. "What do you think this bulldozer is used for?, Have you seen any one of those on the street?" Help them make connections with real life situations.
3) Use the rhymes to play with the words and ask your child if he/she could make a rhyme too with words just like the book. Point objects and different transportation to see if your child can tell them apart.
