• Added a character: Basil Wenceslas: Chairman of the Terran Hanseatic League (Hansa), he is the true ruler of the earthly humans and those on planets colonized after contact with the Ildiran Race. Known for (sometimes ruthlessly) putting Business above all other priorities, he runs the Hansa from behind the face of the King. No important decision about the Hansa is made without his blessing.
