I dont know how he could make a history of mathematics and mathematicians so interesting and intriguing! Its like reading a wonderful mystery novel..only this is non-fiction and that makes it even more grander. ”

I read quite much books about him and the theorem :)
It's not simple and I don't understand everypart of the theorem but it's really attractive to me.
I also interested in prime number theorem !”
“I'm terrible at maths and still found this fascinating; a real pageturner.”

The book that has totally changed my reading habits. Switched to nonfiction after this book. And I think I have read everything Simon Singh wrote. I will add comments about other books later. I should actually read it again. ”

(Fermat , who seemed to enjoy not writing solutions of his Theorems, most of them were solving one after one by his contemporaries, left this one for the posterity). We can say that thanks to Fermat, the process in solving his theorem since the XVII century has contribuited to the development of the Mathematics”
“Excelent book about the history of one of the most fantastic problems in mathematics and the ones who tryed to solve it.”
