Simon Singh's beautiful narration of the biggest quest in modern times about resolving one of mathematic's biggest challenges posed by a French Mathematician who lived in the seventeenth century and left us a big challenge by making a few remarks on the border of his notes.
Quite interesting and challenging.
This is a review you have written, not an opening for a discussion - of course you might do it in this form to avoid being downrated by nasty ones.
will u recommend it HIGHLY?
i have to read this for summer reading this year...should i really look forward to it??
yes, definitely. Introduces more unsolved theorems at the back and had me working on those for ages. Very readable and an interesting story
