It clarifies that a con is a con, be it a computer con or not. It uses excellent anecdotal description to show exactly how easily unsuspecting people can be deceived. Kevin Mitnick is of course notorious for his cyber-crime, but he should also be notorious for how he was scapegoated by a system that didn't understand what he was about, having been imprisoned for years without trial.”
