The eighth book of the Dresden Files isn't quite as good as the previous ones, mostly because there isn't quite as much action. In fact, it is almost as if Jim Butcher is just going through the motions. Still, it is worth reading if you enjoyed the previous books.

I didn't like this one as much the others that I've read in the series. Worth reading though. ---gk

Another good book in the series. I didn't enjoy it as much as I have the others, but it was still very good. I love Jim Butcher's sense of humor!

I really liked this book. Jim Butcher gets better and better with each book in this series. The ending is great and the different plots totally work themselves out like strings in a tapestry. really great book

a very thrilling sequel to the previous volumes, with the summer queen and his vampire brother back in action!
