• Skye Hamilton: With her blonde hair in a bun, 14 year old Skye can out-dance anyone in Westchester. She's fabulous. She's the most popular girl at Octavian Country Day (OCD) school and always the party girl. The center of attention. But at Alpha Academy, being her normal self might not be enough, because she's surrounded by 99 other girls that are just like her...
• Charlotte "Charlie brown nose" Deery: Charlie gets into Alpha Academy at the last minute on two conditions: She has to let Shira fire her mom (who is Shira"s personal assistant) and dump her boyfriend (who is Shira's son), Darwin. Charlie is a very gifted inventor, but Shira doesn't know that. She even designed a lot of Alpha Island! But Shira doesn't think too much of her. Charlie is 14 years old.
• Allie A. Abbott: Allie is a pretty but insecure girl who commits identity theft in order to get into Alpha Academy, pretending to be Allie J. Abbott. She is 14 years old.
• Darwin Brazille: Son of Shira Brazille. Also Charlie's ex-boyfriend. In love with Allie, because he thinks she's Allie J., the famous singer. Darwin is 14 years old.
• Shira Brazille: The person in charge of Alpha Academy, the most alpha-y alpha around. She is very protective over her sons, and very mean to Charlie. Shira's 42 years old.
• Andrea, A. K. A. Triple Threat: Nicknamed Triple-Threat because of her skills in dancing, modeling and acting, Andrea is a hard opponent to beat. Can Skye one-up her before it's too late?
• Renee Foraday: a soap opera actress who lives in the same dorm as Skye, Allie, Charlie, Triple Threat, and Thalia.
• Taz Brazille: Son of Shira, Dingo's twin. Loves to have fun. Age 13. Skye's crush.
• Sydney Brazille: Son of Shira. Very quiet and sensitive. Into poetry. Age 15. Renee's crush.
• Melbourne Brazille: Son of Shira. Very haughty and wants to be a model. Age 16. Triple's crush.
