The title is misleading. Not a lot of this book is devoted to discussions of propaganda. But it's a good book.

It was almost comical to read this book after reading a collection of David Barsamian's interviews with Eqbal Ahmad. Both books were published around the same time. Eqbal Ahmad speaks very highly of Noam Chomsky, but Noam Chomsky barely remembers meeting him. But they're both acquainted with each other and respect each other's scholarship and activism, regardless of how memorable one was to the other.
