So drop-dead funny you won't even notice that there are holes in the plot big enough to drive a semi through them or mind that this is essentiallly a gay, even if you're not. The "hero" Philip Cavanaugh and his friend and cowriter, Claire, accept the invitation of an old acquaintance who seems to have struck gold in Hollywood; only to find that the script he did on spec is a blatant plagiarism of Casablanca.
