Patrica Cornwall knows how to keep the pages turning in the Scarpetta series. When Scarpetta is faced with the return of her journalist friend, Abby, who is investigating the same puzzling murders of 5 young couples, Scarpetta has to wonder if she is feeding information to someone else. Especially to the illustrious Pat Harvey, mother of the last slain girl and "drug czar of the frderal government. Is the FBI withholding information vital information from Sxaepetta. Is someone inside yhe CIA commiting these murders? If so, why? And how is her friend, Abby involved?

I really enjoy the forensics and details of Patricia Cornwell's stories. And, All That Remains was no different. The story was very gripping and I didn't want to put the book down. I didn't suspect who the killer was until near the end and the journey to get to the knowledge of who the killer was didn't seem far-fetched, which is something I like and helps make the story believable.

My only complaint about her books is the profanity. Thankfully, however, there aren't a ton of f-bombs, only one in this book and I think it's the first I've encountered in her stories.

It was interesting and suspenseful. Sort of boring in the begining and middle but at the end it was really good!!!

Very good. A bit more predictable in the last few chapters (you think) and then (as usual) PC turns up the speed on the rollercoaster.

I read this book right after Body of Evidence and I don't think it was quite as scary, but it was still creepy. It was good, although at times misleading about who the killer was.
