“I love the Leaphorn/Chee novels. Just enough mystery to keep me invested in the story. Characters I can care about that have such normal delimmas that you wind up proud when they "do the right thing" and suffer the consequences. The way the Native American traditions are respected in the story lines and become another character in the book...I'll read whatever Mr. Hillerman can throw out there!”
