insanely funny but it was more terry pratchett specially with the way the story was tolled with the witticism and funniness about it but neil gaiman's imagination and philosophy was also imprinted in this book and did i say that it was very funny indeed!

suggested by a good friend, only suggested maybe 20-25 years too late. meant to be satirical, wicked fun, a pythonesque jab at organised christian religion, it left me wondering if i indeed would have laughed at the intended comedy way back when. maybe i would've...then. now? well...i guess "intended comedy" is really all the review this one needs. if only i were 20 years old and stoned out of my mind...it would've been hysterical.

It's another book that makes me laugh! It takes great satirical comments on politics, religion, popular culture and everything in between. The characters are memorable particularly Aziraphale and Crowley, and my favorite character, Adam Young. It's a must read if you want to laugh and think a little.
