Hollywood is good stuff. Same old Buk despite the fact that this time he is married to Sarah and thus not getting as much. This is an older Hank, very reflective. This novel is all about the script he wrote for Hollywood movie makers. Is this the real story behind Barfly. I never thought that early mickey rourke was a good fit to play old Hank, he was too pretty. These days, he would be perfect for it. But this is not about Barfly, it is about Bukowski's Hollywood, a novel that any of us fans...
