    I believe a lot of how we feel relates to our diet. This book stresses that but it also pushes the use of supplements which I don't like. I really prefer eating appropriately then going to supplements if necessary and only under the guidance of a nutritionist or a doctor. This book seems to say that if you take all the supplements it suggests (and you'd need a bag just to carry around each days amount!) you will cure yourself. I don't think it's quite that easy (if taking tons of pills and mixes a day is easy!)
