Wonderful thriller without the techno.”

Although credit needs to be given to Forsyth for managing to sustain interest in spite of revealing/knowing the outcome of final chapter. Based almost entirely in France, the book did give me a lot of information about the police, crime, espionage and military branches of France and I never really noticed where fact takes a hike and fiction slides in.
Packed, almost ridiculously with details, I think the 350 odd pages book never lets you build a personal relationship with any of the characters.
Definitely my last Forsyth novel.”
