I really liked this book. When I first started it, I wasn't too excited...seemed like yet another disfunctional mother book. As I read on, I really enjoyed the writing and characters.

    I thought that the daughter had a lot of patience. Through a lot of the book, it seemed as though there was a lot of role reversals and the daughter just seemed as though she accepted things instead of tried to reason with her mother and make her mother understand that she had to be the parent.
