• Colonel Derek Delborough: One of five soldiers who fought alongside the Cynster cousins at the Battle of Waterloo, they are currently in India serving with the army of the East India Company. Each of them are under the command of the Governor-General of India and are given the mission to do whatever it takes to bring the Black Cobra to justice.
