“I thought it was his worst book so far.... Fight Club, Survivor, Choke, Invisible Monsters, were all excellent. Lullaby is where he started to fall off even though I still loved it.... then Diary, and Haunted sucked so much that I couldn't even finish them and they sat for years on the shelf. I just read Rant, and it did get me back in the mood, which made me finish Diary and Haunted, and I got Snuff. but I have to say, Rant was not a very good book. well written, and intriguing, but in the end I felt like I had just read garbage. and Snuff is pretty terrible too (i'm about half way through) I think Chuck ran out of shit! (lost his touch) too bad... they all go astray someday...”
