It's official. I'm addicted to this series and July 2010 cannot come fast enough for the third book of this series to be released.

Merit is still stubborn and snarky but she's not the same girl that we met in the first book. She's stronger and while 'Darth Sullivan' still ticks her off she's committed herself to him and the house. And that's where we run into the problem. Her relationship with both Morgan and Mallory becomes strained as her commitment to Ethan and the house grows and her relationship becomes more and more complicated with Ethan.

I loved how complicated everything becomes as the book progresses. The first book was very open and closed where as this one leaves so much open., which is why I'm chomping at the bit to get my hands on book 3.

Neill is refreshing in the way she writes. She melds her description, character's emotions and their dialogue fantastically. The dance between Ethan and Merit is so wonderfully done you're cheering for them but then not. I don't know who I want her with. I love Morgan but with this book you get to see a bit more to Ethan.

This may seem a bit odd to add to a review but I love the words Neill uses. She often simplifies by pulling out a bigger word rather then stringing to get a phrase to get the same affect. And yes, there were a few times I need to bust out the dictionary to know what the word meant, I loved that.

If you haven't picked up this series do so! It's one series that when I start the book I can't put it down.
