Notes for Parents edit see section history

Reading Level: Ages 9-12

The last third of the book was a little dark. If your children can read Philip Pullman's Dark Materials (The Golden Compass trilogy), then I'm sure this is fine. Mary Hightower's plan for the future was just too brutal IMO.
